VICTORIA LOFTS

In an intensive and creative coordination process with our client, Graubner Projektentwicklung GmbH & Co. KG, and Gaebler Architects, SIS developed and implemented the new wayfinding system for the VICTORIA LOFTS in Hamburg, Lokstedt.

The office and commercial property, spanning approximately 11,000 sqm of gross floor area, featuring an underground garage and showrooms on the ground floor, presents itself impressively and defines the style with a spacious entrance portal framed by two brightly shining yellow original columns from the historic VICTORIA STATION in London.

Following this distinctive appearance, the corporate identity (CI) of the wayfinding system was developed. With the directional outdoor stele, minimalist orientation maps, facade lettering, 3D edge cassettes for directional signage up to floor numbers, parking lot markings, and foils, a wayfinding system was created that harmoniously integrates into the industrial architecture of the building.
