sis was commissioned to plan and execute the wayfinding and signage system for the Slow Down Hotel on Priwallpromenade. The new Slow Down Hotel in Travemünde is a conference and holiday hotel with 110 rooms. Our task was to design a well-structured, modern, and highly intuitive internal wayfinding and orientation system for the new building, focusing on guiding guests to the public areas, conference rooms, and SPA area from their rooms. Additionally, glass decoration films were used as walk-through protection, and the back-of-house areas were also signed. The challenge was the short timeframe of 5 weeks in which the planning, production, and installation of the signage had to be completed.
