The multifunctional use of the entire complex, which includes a senior residence with 260 residential units, a swimming pool, concert hall, restaurant, and four office blocks (60,000 sqm) with an underground parking garage (19,000 sqm), required a differentiated signage system that aligns with the architectural overall design.
