Thanks to its many years of experience in the planning and implementation of wayfinding and orientation systems in hospitals and the recommendation of the local Asklepios management, sis was commissioned by the client MUBADALA to plan and install the complete guidance system for “HEALTHPOINT – Arzanah Medical Complex” in Abu Dhabi. This is an interdisciplinary health center. The comprehensive medical care includes a hospital and clinics of various specialties. Particular emphasis was placed on the modern architecture and upscale interior design. The high design standards are also reflected in the sis wayfinding concept. In addition to the interior signage, this also includes the exterior appearance with LED lettering, internally illuminated pylons, the signage on the parking decks and the VIP station areas. The entire signage was bilingual in English and Arabic. sis was able to implement the first section of the signage for the partial commissioning on June 1 after just 12 weeks of planning with the support of our cooperation partners in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. sis took over the construction management for this as well as for the ongoing installation and updates.
