This includes planning for the two-level underground parking garage and developing the concept for outdoor advertising and signage for shops, restaurants, and experiential areas. The site, prominently located at the tip of Strandkai opposite the Elbphilharmonie, is currently under construction with nearly 500 residential units. The development will feature block-edge typologies designed by L\u00e9on Wohlhage Wernik (Berlin), LRW Architects and Urban Planners (Hamburg), and BE Berlin, as well as two residential towers designed by Ingenhoven Architects (D\u00fcsseldorf) and Hadi Teherani (Hamburg), which will reach heights of approximately 60 meters, matching the height of the Marco Polo Tower.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For the Strandkai complex in Hamburg, SIS, commissioned by DC Developments, is designing the wayfinding and orientation system.
